How to Get Verified

Verification is quick and easy. Choose the method that works best for you:

Sign up for TFxCPro and create your coaching organization. Choose any plan — the discount will be applied after verification.

Submit Verification

Go to Settings > Veteran/FR Discount in your dashboard. Verify using your .mil email address or upload a photo of your military/service ID.

Discount Applied

Once verified (usually within 24 hours), your 10% discount is automatically applied to all current and future billing cycles.

What documentation do I need?
You can verify using a .mil email address (fastest method) or by uploading a photo of your military ID, DD-214, VA card, or first responder credentials. All documents are stored securely and only used for verification.
How long does verification take?
Email verification (.mil) is instant. Document upload verification is typically reviewed within 24 hours during business days.
Can I use the discount with annual billing?
Yes. The 10% military/FR discount stacks with the 10% annual billing discount, giving you up to 19% off compared to monthly pricing.
Does the discount apply to all plans?
Yes. The discount applies to all TFxCPro plans — Starter, Growth, and Elite.
I'm a veteran coaching at a school. Can I apply?
Absolutely. If you're a veteran coaching track & field or cross country at any level, you qualify. The discount is tied to your personal service record, not your school.
